What is postpartum coaching?
My name is Cassie Pigg. I’m just a real mom that survived my battle with severe postpartum anxiety. I’ve decided to take my own struggles and share them by offering postpartum anxiety coaching.
Being a new mom is freaking hard. Seriously, it’s the hardest job in the world, and I want to help! Postpartum depression and anxiety actually impact up to 1 in 5 new moms, so you are not alone. That is why I am offering postpartum anxiety coaching.
I’m not here to provide any kind of medical advice. My goal is to help new mamas figure out how to thrive in their own postpartum journey, even if that just means brushing your teeth on a regular basis!
If you are struggling, there is no shame in asking for help. I will say it over and over and over again. I want to help you discover the best version of yourself.
